FAQ When should I arrive? We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax in our lounge, dry sauna, whirlpool and steam rooms. What should I wear during my treatment? You will be draped with a towel except for the area being worked on. For your convenience, robes and slippers are provided. In addition, we have all your grooming needs in our vanity rooms. What about my jewelry and valuables? Lockers are assigned to each of our guests. What about gratuities? If you choose, you may opt to leave gratuity for your therapist. Are gift certificates available at Natura? You may purchase gift certificates for a specific dollar amount or for particular services. Can I make appointments on-line? Unfortunately, as of now we are not able to accommodate reservations made via the internet. What if I have special health considerations? Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert our staff immediately.
